| League Rules | ||||||
| *In the event games are rained out on August 24th all teams will need to plan to play on Sunday, August 31 (Labor Day Weekend) | ||||||
| * For Week 1 players must report to their scheduled field at least 45 minutes prior to the start of their first game of the double headers. | ||||||
| *Players are responsible to provide their own equipment including bat, helmet, and catcher's gear. | ||||||
| *Players must wear the jersey number assigned to them if listed on the roster. | ||||||
| *All games are 7 innings or 2 hour time limit. The game will be stopped at any point in the game at the 2 hour mark. | ||||||
| *The 10 run rule will not be used in league play, however will be used during the league tournament. | ||||||
| *All playes bat whether they are currently playing defense or not. | ||||||
| *Coaches will make every attempt possible to play each player an equal number of innings in each game. | ||||||
| *Pitching time should be limited to those players that list pitching as their primary position (first position listed on the roster). | ||||||
| *All rules are IHSAA high school rules. | ||||||
| *Any player ejected from a game will be suspended from the next game. | ||||||
| *Any player, coach, or fan ejected from a game must leave the ballpark. | ||||||
| *IHSAA rules will be used for both leagues with the exception of the bat size restricition for 7th and 8th graders only. | ||||||
| *In the event of rain players, coaches, and parents may send an email to playingconditions@hoosierdiamond.com You will receive an automated | ||||||
| email response back to your email inbox listing playing conditions at each facility. | ||||||

| Within a couple minutes after sending the email you will receive an automated response email back from Hoosier Diamond listing playing conditions | ||||||
