In Memorial’s 5-3 win over Warsaw, Josh Peek had a pair of hits and Ben Brewers picked up the hurling win. In Memorial’s 8-0 victory over Warsaw, Robert Fitzsimmons clubbed a bases loaded double and Tyler Keck collected 3 hits and scored 2 runs. Wade Williams and Josh Peek combined on the shut out. In Goshen’s 6-5 win over Northridge, Brandon Farver singled in the winning run in the bottom of the sixth. Farver and Brock Bender had 2 hits each and Brett Hunter drove in 3 runs. In Goshen’s 7-6 win over Memorial, Goshen scored 4 times in the bottom of the fifth. Short struck out the side in the top of the fifth and then doubled in 2 runs in the bottom of the inning. Cord Schmucker was 3-for-3 and Troy Pickard singled in the winning run. In Memorial’s 4-0 win over Goshen, Adam Williams went 5 strong innings on the mound, striking out 6 and allowing just 1 hit. Zack Corpe had 2 hits, including a double.
